Hi, I'm Derrick Rose!

I am a commercial, landscape and astro photographer currently living in Little Rock, Arkansas. I grew up hunting and fishing around the Ozark and Ouachita Mountains and still find joy and happiness documenting the beautiful scenery there and across the U.S. I began studying the art of photography in 1986 at the University of Arkansas where in the process of getting my degree in journalism I fell in love with the art of telling stories with images. My passion for photography has served me well through a 30 year career in public relations where an image is often crucial to grabbing an audience’s attention that leads to engagement.   Given the declining attention span of human beings today, images are more important than ever in marketing and promotion. I strive for my images to attract attention and inspire an emotional connection to your brand or business.
